August 30th - September 5th:  General Conference of the Global Methodist Church will be held in Johannesburg, South Africa.  Please keep all delegates and volunteers in your prayers during this time...for safety in travel, a productive time of holy conferenceing as the GMC continues to firm up all that it is becoming, for a great time of connecting with brothers and sisters from around the world and for the ministry opportunities after the conference.

Sunday, August 30th:  Join us for our Church Picnic.  We will gather in Swanson Hall at 11am for our annual church picnic.  Come Happy, Healthy and with a dish to share!  Main course and drinks will be provided.  Current Menu includes BBQ Chicken, Hamburgers and Hot Dogs.  Drinks include water, lemonade and iced tea.

Sunday, September 13th:  Meet and Greet.  We will come together for a light dinner and have a chance to meet Rev. Nikola Galevski and hear more about his ministry in Macedonia.

Grief Share will be held on Thursdays from 10-noon, beginning September 17th through December 17th (with the exception of Thanksgiving)

This is a time for anyone dealing with loss and grief and is open to anyone from the church or in the community. Share with a friend, family or neighbor that may need a time like this.

Register by calling the church or going online to www.griefshare.org find a group by Sept 1.  $20 covers the cost of the material if you are able.

October 2nd & 3rd:  Good Used Clothing Sale.  Set-Up will be September 28th through October 1st in Swanson Hall.  The Sale will be open Friday, October 2nd and Saturday, October 3rd from 9am til 11am.

November 6, 7, 13 & 14:  HGMC Dinner Theatre 25th Anniversary.  Dinner at 6:00pm and Show at 7:00pm.
